Line Draw and Distance Between Points Tools

I am grouping these two tool suggestions together as they would function almost identically except for their output. The line draw tool would allow players to select two points in 3d space and have a line appear between those points. The distance tool would show the player the distance between the points in each individual direction (x,y,z) and in a straight line between them. It could also be useful to display the angle of the vector. This tool could be implemented through a handheld "movement gun" that has many variable functionalities attached to it, or as standalone commands that take the players position or where the player is looking as the points used to calculate the line.

This already exists! Bind a key to the ruler menu (name is something like that, can't remember exactly), that'll open a menu doing just this 🙂

we do already have mom_hud_menu_show ruler_menu (or something along those lines, it'll autocomplete after the first command) which lets you measure between two points. this doesn't have all of the functionality of what you're talking about but it does a good bit. perhaps we could expand it to allow for permanent lines (tho thats what this sorta will do https://github.com/momentum-mod/game/issues/315)

modifying the command in that menu to actually show distance per axis could be nice, right now it just measure the length of the line.
