What ahop controls do you use?

Ahop has a lot of available controls so it can be sort of tricky to find a keyboard layout that works. It would be cool to have a list of peoples' keybinds so that aspiring ahoppers (such as me!) can get some ideas on what people like to use.

The important ones are:

Jump
Crouch
Sprint
Walk
+strafe? (if applicable)

Also be sure to mention if your bind is a toggle :-)

Here are mine if anyone's interested:

Jump - Spacebar
Crouch - Shift
Sprint (Toggle) - Ctrl
Walk - Unbound 😎

I use
spacebar for jump
shift for crouch
ctrl for walk (bind this its very good)
and I use mouse5 for sprint
It makes a lot of sense to me to have sprint bound to the mouse because it's almost entirely used for strafing. Whenever you press it you're going to be moving your mouse so its comfortable to put on it.
none of these are toggles

mouse4 : jump
spacebar : crouch
ctrl : walk (but I hate it)
shift : sprint

I moved to spacebar crouching because my little finger is weak and pathetic, it's very comfy as a thumb press. I tried binding c & v to swap the bind of spacebar between crouch and walk but that was quite tough mid run.
