Map Rating System

Momentum Mod could have a system to rate how fun maps are and have that rating be optionally displayed in the map browser. After a player completes a map, or spends a considerable amount of time on it (say 1 hour for example), they can have the option to rate the map on the map finished screen, or use an in-game command to open the rating menu. It could be a simple star rating or a system to rate the map and elements of the map separately and give the option to assign tags (look at what lichess does with their new puzzle system).

a rating system was talked about previously and we might add something like it in the future but a few concerns to keep in mind that were brought up were:

we want to prevent abuse, obviously. being a free game we want to discourage manipulation using alts and stuff and we also want to avoid people doing things like giving a bad review just because they can't do the map when in reality it might be good, just hard.
we also don't want to heavily discourage new mappers from trying to keep at it and improve when they just get bombed with bad reviews. the goal of your review system should be clear so that people dont take it for more/less than what it is. is it supposed to objectively measure the best and worst maps? the most popular maps? function like yelp reviews from people for a map? etc etc etc

i personally think that the idea of something very simple like a counter for "favorites" a map gets or something would be the best since it addresses both of these points decently, but there are other options so if anybody else has ideas you're welcome to add on
