When switching from windowed fullscreen to a lower resolution fullscreen, it gets cropped into a smaller window and the desktop is visible as well. (screenshot: i.imgur.com/Xfx3jLF.png) The refresh rate problem: when in fullscreen, the game is stuck at 60hz and I have no idea how to fix it, apart from switching to windowed fullscreen (which appears to be the fix to all of my problems), but that comes with a slight performance decrease and input lag increase. Oh, and also, the UI is close to unusable when the aspect ratio is different from 16:9 or 16:10 (and maybe other "widescreen" aspect ratios). If you enjoy playing on 4:3, 5:4, or 1:1 even, the right side of the menus is pretty much inaccessible.
